Welcome to FastGo Travel. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our Platform or making any booking. They form a legally binding agreement between you and FastGo Travel.

1. Introduction
  • These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastGo Travel website, mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by FastGo Travel.
  • By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
  • If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
2. Definitions
  • "FastGo", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to FastGo Travel and its authorised representatives.
  • "User", "You", "Your" — refers to any person who accesses the Platform, registers an account or makes a booking.
  • "Supplier" — refers to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurance underwriters, visa processors and any other principal whose services are made available through the Platform.
  • "Booking" — refers to any reservation, ticket, voucher, policy or service confirmed through the Platform.
3. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.
  • If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for ensuring their compliance.
  • FastGo reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or cancel bookings where eligibility is in doubt.
4. Account Registration
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
  • Notify FastGo immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to do so.
5. Role of FastGo
  • FastGo acts as an intermediary booking agent between you and the Supplier. The actual contract of carriage, stay or service is between you and the Supplier.
  • All bookings are subject to the Supplier's own terms, fare rules, baggage rules, check-in policies, visa rules and cancellation/refund conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.
  • While FastGo makes reasonable efforts to ensure information displayed on the Platform is accurate, we do not warrant that prices, availability, schedules or descriptions are free from error.
6. Bookings & Payments
  • A booking is confirmed only after FastGo issues a confirmation voucher, ticket or PNR and full payment has been received.
  • Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges, unless explicitly noted.
  • Fares, availability and currency exchange rates may fluctuate until the booking is fully ticketed. Final amounts will be calculated at the rate prevailing on the date of final payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), internet banking, bank transfer and approved BNPL/EMI partners.
  • FastGo does not store full card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
7. Pricing & Promotions
  • Promotional fares, discount coupons and cashback offers are subject to availability, eligibility criteria and expiry dates as published on the offer page.
  • FastGo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or correct any offer or pricing error before issuance without prior notice. Bookings affected by obvious pricing errors may be cancelled with full refund of the amount charged.
  • Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and have no cash value.
8. Travel Documents & Visa
  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity beyond the date of travel, the correct visa, and any required health, vaccination or insurance documentation.
  • FastGo's visa assistance service is a documentation and processing facility only. Approval of a visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate or immigration authority. Visa fees, service charges and courier costs are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome.
  • Any loss, expense or denied boarding caused by missing, invalid or expired travel documents is the customer's responsibility.
9. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
  • All cancellations, date changes and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the underlying Supplier's fare rules, whichever is more restrictive.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the Platform, the FastGo app, or by email to info@fastgotravel.com before the Supplier's deadline.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing timelines vary by service type and payment channel (typically 7–21 business days after Supplier settlement).
10. User Conduct
  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent booking, speculative reservation, reselling of tickets without authorisation, or any activity that disrupts the Platform.
  • Abuse of staff, fraudulent payment instruments, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or attempts to compromise Platform security may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bookings without refund.
  • Reviews, ratings and user-generated content must be truthful, lawful and free from offensive material. FastGo may remove content that violates this clause without notice.
11. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Platform — including the FastGo Travel name, logo, design, software, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to FastGo and protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, frame or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Links & Content
  • The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. FastGo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or practices of any third-party site.
  • Use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastGo's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any booking shall not exceed the service fee retained by FastGo on that booking.
  • FastGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, holiday enjoyment, baggage delay, missed connections, illness, injury or death caused by the act, default or negligence of any Supplier.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
  • FastGo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, airspace closure, technical outages or Supplier insolvency.
  • In such events, refund eligibility will follow the Supplier's force majeure rules and the FastGo Refund Policy.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Personal data collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws of Bangladesh.
  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and sharing of your data with Suppliers and payment processors strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.
16. Modifications to the Terms
  • FastGo may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
